Today 08/13/20 Matthew Ryan Borella was arrested for indecent Exposure running through nashville with nothing on but a red hearted thong. Cops tried to catch him but he ran as fast as a bullet and put some kind of slippery Substances all over his body to keep the cops from catching him. Every time they Caught him he slipped right back out and said “whoa to slippery for ya” laughed and continued to run streaking.
