She was known as the maknae in the group. She passed the YG audition that was held in Thailand in 2010, she was the only person accepted out of 4000 people in Thailand. She became an official YG trainee in April 2011, she was only 14 years old. She was 19 when she debuted as a member in BLACKPINK back in August 2016.
