Karma Melillo found dead on toilet

Karma Melillo was recently found dead. She was found dead on her toilet by her friend Sophia VanDerMaelen at 12:33 PM on August 4, 2020. Her death is believed to be because of too much feces coming out of her very small ass. It appears she had a very severe case of diarrhea and it was incurable at the time. The police are continuing this investigation, as it might as well have been a murder. Several children were also found in Karma’s closet so this death could have been a suicide out of guilt for her actions. Rest In Peace fly high angel 💕🙏☠️
