Joel Santiago Shot and Killed 3 Innocent Bystanders at Augusta Mall

26 year old Joel “ Joe” Santiago single handily shot and killed 3 innocent bystanders 28 year old Randy Downs, 23 year old Jessica Downs, and 40 year old Bobby Price on the block of 300 south Augusta, Hephzibah McBean Rd. The incident happened around 11:30pm on the day of August 19, 2020. The suspect is in custody and has been apprehended. Sheriff Roundtree is further investigating the motive behind the brutal senseless murders and we will have more information from the corner soon.
