Police at Miami Beach found a dog in a trash bag, the dog appeared to have broken ribs, and a broken leg, officers confirmed the dog had been abused.
Two teenagers found a trash bag at the beach, they opened it to find a abused German Shepherd, they went to vet, where the dog was confirmed dead.
Officers do not know who did it, or when the dog died.
