Blake Cunningham a 15 year old boy has gone missing. Blake was last seen around 10:34am on Friday the 14th of August in his local town of Sunbury, Melbourne. He was seen wearing a pulp fiction hat, blue jeans and an AC/DC top. If anyone has any information please contact 000.
