12 year old Olivia Hagan Found Dead on August 16th

12-year-old Olivia Hagan was found Dead at her best friend’s house Lillianna Hutto’s house. Neighbors said they hear screaming from the house and then saw Lillianna walking outside with a trash bag. When the police came to investigate the scene they found Olivia dead in the trash bin. Lillianna is currently being held in the bay county jail until further notice.
