Young Female Drives Ballistic In Streets Of Shafter

Witnesses say they see a red vehicle drive ballistic with passenger in the car, the two females seen stop on the side of the rode posing for pictures for minutes. They then go inside the red vehicle and drive around 70 miles ph down the next street. The witness records the car showing channel46news that people need to be careful for drivers like them, possibly believed to be drunk driving. Help find this young woman!
