On July 3rd 1:30 PM the company ByteDance announced they will be banning all furry accounts on their app TikTok, Zhang Yiming, the CEO of ByteDance states “Our staff feel they do not properly represent our platform in a respectful way”. This news has left many people upset and has sparked an outrage on social media platforms.
