Scarlett Adkins found dead on road.

“Scarlett was a very happy girl. We found her in the middle of the road with a broken penny board. It seems to be a hit and run. We are not comfortable with talking about this anymore.” Says Scarlett’s parents. She will be missed by many friends. Scarlett was found at 7:39 P.M. Eastern Time, July 20, 2020.
