The actress from the tv show Outer Banks Rudy Pankow (JJ) was shot and killed at the age of 21. At 9:56 AM on Friday July 24, Pankow’s body was found near his vehicle after being shot. Miles away from the scene, a body from an older man was found. The man was identified as the murderer of Rudy Pankow.
