Mr Patrick Pawson of 2 Redbourn Way, Scunthorpe, has been caught driving with invalid insurance. The claim comes after traffic cameras have caught the Audi driver speeding on several occasions.
The fraudster has been contacted by the police but at this moment in time has issued no comment.
Me Pawson could be facing a fine of up to £1000 and a ban of up to 2 years.
