Hide your kids from this maniac!!!

Manuel Alamaraz is a 16 year old boy that was caught while trying to kidnap 2 children this morning. A woman states “I took a picture because the kids looked liked they didn’t know him, when I asked them who he was both answered different things”. I called the police and they detained him for trying to kidnap and abuse 2 kids. Manuel was already charged with countless felonies. Manuel has been determined as a child molester and a psychopath. The 2 kids on the picture have been returned back to their home safely.
