A new girl to Glasdstone being named Koa Bayliss has been arrested for drug distribution

This 13 year old girl that just moved to Glasdstone has already been found distributing drugs and was arrested at 8pm on Monday night. This girl named koa Bayliss could be charged and taken to juvenile detention.
