12 year boy jailed for 8 years for trying to cut someone

It was 12:34 pm and he was at school and tried to kill his classmate we took him to the station and we ask him what happen and he just laughed in our faces and told us “she was making me mad so i killed her with my pocket knife.” he is jailed untill bail bond which is 50,0000 or for his life
