11 year old girl Delaney Kelly, yelled at an employee at “Cold stone creamery” in downtown State College early this afternoon around 11:50 AM. She said she bought her Ice cream and her mom and grandma got it but she didn’t. After 4 minutes (approximately) went bye she went to the counter and when she got up there she saw her ice cream laying on the trash can!
